Terms and conditions

Reservations made through the website have to be guaranteed to a valid credit card. Cancellation terms and payment conditions for the current special offer are listed in the description of the offer at time of reservation as well as on the confirmation received after booking.

Please note that some special offers cannot be cancelled, refunded or changed.

Cancellation can take place through our website. In the event of attempted cancellation after the cancellation deadline, a notification will be given, and the credit card number given as guarantee will be charged in accordance with the terms of cancellation.

An email confirmation of the cancellation will be sent to the email address listed in the reservation. It is also possible to cancel the reservation directly with the hotel per telephone or email. In this event a confirmation of the cancellation will not be sent.

The rates agreed upon are based on the information, which were submitted at the time of reservation. In the event of changes prior to or during the stay of arrival or departure date, number of persons or such like the hotel reserves the right to alter the agreed rates. The room is available from 3pm on the day of arrival and departure has to take place no later than 12 noon on the day of departure. In the event of departure after 12 noon the hotel reserves the right to charge for additional night or nights in accordance with the current published rates.

If you choose not to check in on the arrival date, we'll withdraw your right to use the room on the remaining nights you have booked. Do you want to make use of the reservation after the original arrival date, it is your own responsibility to contact the hotel no later than the date of originally planned check-in. This must be in writing (via email) and applies to all reservations.

Please forward any special requests regarding your reservation to the hotel. However, please note these cannot be confirmed until check-in.

All rates are total price incl. all taxes, service charges and environmental fees.

All prices quoted on the website are based on individual reservations. If booking 10 or more rooms at one time, for same period of time, the hotel will consider it a group, and group terms and condition will apply. This will include a change of prices and general conditions, cancellation and payment conditions. The hotel will send a group contract to be signed by the customer for final confirmation.

Conditions for changing Lowest Rate Available

Only reservations made at one of the Arp-Hansen Hotel Group hotels' websites can be changed. Reservations cannot be changed to another hotel. A change to a different hotel is considered a cancellation and a subsequent new booking. Amendment fee is per. reservation. Changes can only be made by contacting the hotel directly or through the Arp-Hansen Hotel Group's central booking department at telephone: 8030 3045 or email book@arp-hansen.dk. By changing the reservation, the price is subject to alteration.The change must take place before 12 noon on the day of arrival, otherwise be considered a cancellation and a new booking.

Credit card fee
Please note that a fee of between 0.75% and 3.0% will be added to the credit cards transactions, depending on the card issuer.

Fee on foreign issued credit card: MasterCard/Visa 1,25% - Diners Club 2,75% - American Express 2,75% - JCB 1,25%.

It is important for us that you are content. Always contact the hotel reception which will help to clarify any misunderstandings.
