Jakob Ellermann
Jakob Ellermann has been at the helm of Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center since 2010.
Throughout his career, Jakob has held a number of senior positions in the hotel industry. At Arp-Hansen Hotel Group, Jakob served as General Manager at The Square Copenhagen and Imperial Hotel before becoming General Manager at Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center in 2010.
His many years in the hotel industry have given Jakob extensive knowledge of hotel operations and a deep understanding of the different needs a hotel such as Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center must accommodate. Here, family stays and business travel come together with large conferences and events. For Jakob, it is about creating an environment characterised by a sense of security, trust and personal attention – with a strong focus on hospitality and seeing the hotel through the eyes of the guest.
