At Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center, we offer all conceivable types of food for both large and small events. Our skilled chefs can help put together the perfect menu for your event.

Everything is served in our inviting restaurants and flexible venues, tailored to your wishes. You can choose to eat in the conference room you are using, in an adjoining room, in the foyer area in front of your plenary room, or in our Tivoli Brasserie restaurant.

Our professional staff know what it takes to deliver a total experience that exceeds your and your participants' expectations.

Our skilled head chef is happy to help tailor your own menu to match, for example, a theme or other content wishes. Or you can choose from our banquet menus.

If you have participants with food allergies or special dietary needs, we will, of course, adjust the catering for them!

We know how important a good start to the day is, and therefore we offer various forms of breakfast.

For overnight meeting and conference participants, we offer a delicious breakfast buffet in Tivoli Brasserie. The buffet has a wide selection of both cold and hot dishes, freshly baked bread, fruit, and coffee - all to ensure a nourishing and energizing start to the day.

In our meeting packages, catering is always included. The catering is adapted to the meeting's agenda and in cooperation with your Event Manager.

Most of our meeting packages contain light morning catering, a large delicious lunch buffet, and an afternoon break with snacks and cake as well as fresh fruit and coffee/tea throughout the day.

If you have special requests, your Event Manager can help you with suggestions and put together exactly what matches your wishes.

Everything can be customized exactly to your wishes and served in a way that best suits your event. We serve in the room you are using, or our versatile foyer area can be utilized.

You can also make use of our restaurant, Tivoli Brasserie, which is a modern restaurant serving Danish and international dishes. The menu is in classic brasserie style, where the menu is changed approximately every three months, ensuring seasonal ingredients are always in focus.

Kitchen & climate

As part of the Arp-Hansen Hotel Group, we work purposefully with initiatives that can reduce our climate footprint.

Among other things, we focus on reducing food waste, and our organic waste is collected for the production of biofuel and fertilizer.

The most important aspect of a meal, aside from the company, is that everyone leaves the table full and happy.

At the same time, we must take care of the earth that provides us with so many delicious raw materials. We need to use the earth's resources wisely and focus on the imprint we leave, even when it comes to our eating habits. This demands effort from all of us.

At Arp-Hansen Hotel Group, we are continuously working to incorporate sustainable considerations into our products and services.

The food system plays a significant role in climate, environment, and health. The UN's climate panel estimates that the global food system accounts for about 30% of total greenhouse gas emissions, making it a significant factor in climate change.

Particularly, food production contributes to greenhouse gas emissions, with the most significant impact coming from livestock – especially cattle and sheep.

An average citizen in Denmark consumes more than twice as many animal-based foods as the average global citizen. For Denmark to achieve our goal of reducing our CO2 footprint, we all need to take responsibility for what we eat.

A change in our habits – including reducing food waste, more locally produced food, and more greens on our plates – are important factors that help us achieve our goal.
