On the 12th floor of Harbour Tower at Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center, you’ll find Sticks’n’Sushi – a dining experience out of the ordinary, both in flavour and in views.

Here, Japanese classics are combined with Danish simplicity. From freshly prepared sushi and grilled sticks to flavourful sides and carefully selected cocktails – served for both lunch and dinner. Everything is prepared with a strong focus on quality and balance. The restaurant also provides an ideal setting for business lunches and meetings, where a screen can easily be integrated as a natural part of the meal.

The interior is sleek and refined, cut like a tailored suit – an elegant contrast to the city’s domes and decorative details unfolding on the horizon. At the bar, you can settle into the iconic leather swings, let your shoulders relax, and enjoy the view with a pre-dinner drink.
