Do I and my meeting participants have access to free Wi-Fi?
Yes, there is free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, in all our meeting facilities as well as hotel rooms.
How many participants can you accommodate?
Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center can accommodate both large gatherings and small meetings.
Our largest hall, the Tivoli Congress Hall, can hold up to 2400 people, allowing you to invite for congresses where experts share their knowledge, kick-offs, exhibitions, fashion shows, product launches, general meetings, and much more.
Regardless of your event, the hall will be tailored to the arrangement, so the space supports the day's program and content.
If you need to conduct teaching or give lectures, you can choose between two large auditoriums, Lumbye and Carstensen, which can accommodate 195 and 407 people, respectively.
If you are arranging a meeting or course with a specific request for table setup, you can choose from a variety of different meeting rooms that can accommodate from 4 to 450 people.
If you are looking for a setting with high ceilings and plenty of light for, for example, exhibitions, car launches, cocktail parties, fashion shows, and standing/sitting receptions, this can be placed in the foyer in front of your plenary room.
Which types of rooms do you offer?
Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center boasts a large beautiful congress hall, classic auditoriums, and luxurious meeting rooms that can meet any requirement in terms of the number of people, setup, and interior.
Which technique and audio-visual equipment are included in the price?
No matter what event you are hosting with us, you have access to the latest standard AV equipment. All our rooms include at a minimum free Wi-Fi, an LCD projector and screen, flip chart, whiteboard, and speaker system.
If you have additional needs, our professional AV department will help put together an offer that meets your requirements.
If you are hosting your event in our large congress hall, you can look forward to flexible and customized meeting frameworks. In addition to the latest standard AV equipment, the hall offers a 500 m² balcony floor, a mobile stage, and sound-absorbing walls and ceiling – and this provides acoustics in the room that allow you and your guests to talk softly and listen effortlessly, even in large assemblies.

Which meeting packages, food, and beverages can I choose?
We have made sure to assemble various meeting packages with catering so that you and your guests can take well-deserved breaks, recharge, and engage in deep conversations, regardless of the time, duration, and taste preferences.
Therefore, we offer meeting packages for half-day meetings, day meetings, and full-day meetings.

Please note that our meeting packages are for parties of at least 8 people.
Is it possible to see the meeting facilities before I make my booking?
Yes, you are very welcome to view our facilities before booking. Please feel free to contact us in advance by phone: +45 3268 4300 or by email at info@tivoli-cc.dk to schedule a time, so we can ensure that the desired meeting rooms are available when you arrive.
Do you offer an Event Manager who assists me in the planning and completion of my meeting?
Yes, we ensure that you are in close dialogue and collaboration with a personal Event Manager, who assists you with everything from setup and AV needs to catering and accommodation, so you can successfully see your event through to the end together.
Since Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center has a solid history and experience with events, you can also seek inspiration for entertainment, features, or other customized recommendations from your personal Event Manager.
Can I book hotel stays for me and my meeting participants?
Yes, you can easily get an offer for hotel stays when you send us a request for meeting and conference rooms.
If we do not have enough available rooms for all your guests, we help find alternative accommodation options at our sister hotels, Copenhagen Island and Wakeup Copenhagen, or one of the other hotels of the Arp-Hansen Hotel Group, which are within walking distance of the Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center.
Where can I and my meeting participants park and how much does it cost?
You and your guests can park safely and close by in the hotel's own video-surveilled parking garage, which is located under the building. The parking garage has 500 parking spaces.

Should there unexpectedly be no available spaces in our parking garage, you can park in the Fisketorvet parking garage, at Mitchellsgade 2 (ParkZone), or in the DGI Byen parking garage.
