When can I check-in and out?
Check-in can happen from 3PM and check-out can happen no later than 12 noon. If you are in need of an earlier check-in or a later check-out, we kindly ask you to contact us and then we will do our best to meet your request.
Do you offer luggage storage?
Yes, we offer free storage of your luggage. You are welcome to drop off your luggage with us when you check in or check out, and then pick it up again at your convenience.
When can I enjoy my breakfast?
You can enjoy a breakfast from the buffet in our morning restaurant Monday-Friday 6.30AM-10.00AM & weekends from 7AM-10.30AM. Please remember to book a timeslot for breakfast in weekends and during holidays. Furthermore, if you need to check-out early or are in a hurry from the very early morning, we offer you an Early Breakfast from 6.30am in our Tivoli Lobby Bar. You can enjoy your breakfast at the bar or as ‘to go’.
Can I get access to free Wi-Fi?
Yes, you can use our free Wi-Fi everywhere in the hotel.
How often is the room cleaned if I stay several nights in a row?
We leave it to you to decide, whether you want daily cleaning of the room, when you stay several nights in a row. In the same way as you can decide when you want your towels changed. This means that we do not automatically clean your room, we let you decide. We automatically clean your room on the 4th day.
If you still want daily cleaning of the room and/or new towels, we are happy to do so. You just have to notify the reception before 10PM the night before. Remember to provide us with your room number.
Where can I park my car, and what is the price?
You are welcome to park your car in our monitored underground car park beneath the hotel. If you park on level A, the hourly rate is
Is the hotel disabled-friendly?
Yes, we have several disabled-friendly rooms, which, apart from the traditional furnishing, have a large double bed, extra floor space, wide doors and a toilet with arm supports and higher seating. Do you have disabled parking?
Yes, we have a total of 4 disabled parking spaces: 3 spaces on level C (THCC) near the entrance to City Tower and 1 space on level B near the entrance to Wakeup Copenhagen.
How can I get to the hotel?
You can easily get to our hotel whether you arrive in Copenhagen by flight, ferry from Oslo or train. Read more about your availabilities of transportation
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, your pet is more than welcome and allowed everywhere in the hotel (except in our restaurants). However, the dog must not be left alone in at any time. When is the reception open?
Our reception is open 24 hours a day. If you are in need of a table reservation, transfer, parking, car or bike rental, recommendations for must-sees or anything alike, we are more than happy to assist you.
When can I eat in the restaurant?
You can enjoy your lunch or dinner at different restaurants in our hotel whether you are in the mood for a tender steak, sushi or something third. See how we can make your taste buds happy

Our pool is open from 7:00AM to 10PM. During holidays, there may be different opening-hours.

How do I change or cancel my booking?
If you have booked a room with 'Free Cancellation', you can change or cancel your reservation at no extra cost until 12PM on the day of arrival. To make changes or cancellations, you can use the link in your booking confirmation or select 'Change reservation' found in the 'Search' section at the top of this page. You are also welcome to contact the hotel directly. For reservations without a cancellation option, please refer to the applicable sales conditions.
What should I do if I haven't received an email confirmation for my booking?
If you haven't received your booking confirmation via email, you should check your spam filter. If the confirmation isn't in the spam filter, you should contact the hotel as soon as possible.
